32 oz Crowler Cans
CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
We understand personally how devastating this crisis has been on our staff, other restaurants and our community. With the virus in full force as we enter the colder weather, restaurants, bars and breweries have been asked to sacrifice more than others to help stop the spread. Although these decisions have been hard, we also feel they are necessary so that we can continue to serve Galesburg and the surrounding communities.
Iron Spike has decided that we will be suspending all service until we can offer indoor seating. We’re not sure how long this will last, but for the safety of our staff and the public, we feel it is necessary. We are asking that the community continue to do its part and follow the public health orders recommended by public health officials so that we can get this virus under control and re-open.
We also know Mayor John Pritchard has stated Galesburg does not have to follow the public health official guidelines. We strongly disagree with his statement and think by stating that, he did a great disservice to Galesburg and surrounding communities.
The Brewery is a 10 barrel brew house produced by Quality Tank Solutions in Wisconsin. We are proud to say we have all American made equipment. We renovated the police station garage into a fermentation space, more cold storage space, as well as our canning line that allows us to package and sell our beers in 12 and 16 ounce cans.Read More
